Our People

The Australian Farmland Conservancy is managed by a diverse group of professional and experienced people that have a vision for the future. That future involves making a good dollar, whilst regenerating the soils, that will benefit the environment, that will grow community and potentially have a positive influence on climate change.

This page will be updated as more passionate people join in creating a better future.

Don Woodcock - Founder
Don has had a varied working life. From supermarket vegetable sales and management, to positions in the health support industry. From a stint at mining to working in a farm machinery dealership. He worked for many years on farms in the Wheatbelt of WA with some of the most proactive Landcarers around. For the past 10 years he has worked in the NRM industry supporting broadacre agriculturalists manage salinity and landscape water challenges. Don is a holistic thinker with a bold but realistic vision for the future. Don is married to his lovely Stacie and has two fantastic children, Scarlett and Harrison. The purpose of the Australian Farmland Conservancy vision is to ensure that our children and grand children and great grand children inherit a landscape in a better condition that we have now.
